For those asking about the SWA Ultimate Perfect Pay Plan System, here’s the info in text and video format…

There are basically two Pay Plans:

• Pay Plan 1 – $70 commission every time 6 slots are filled up under you.
• Pay Plan 2 – $20 commission for every person you directly refer, except for your 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct referrals.

These happen simultaneously, which means when you directly refer 6 people, you will earn both Pay Plan 1 and Pay Plan 2 Commissions:

Pay Plan 1 – $70 (for every group of 6 slots filled under you)
Pay Plan 2 – $80 ($20 for your 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th direct customers)
Total = $150 (Total commissions earned because of your first 6 direct customers)

If you have only 1 direct referral, you haven’t earned anything yet under Pay Plan 1. But you have already earned $20 under Pay Plan 2.

And you may IMMEDIATELY request for payment of your $20 commission via BDO/BPI bank deposit (recommended), or via MoneyGram if you’re based outside the Philippines.

Are you too busy to attract direct customers?

Pay Plan 1 is great for you, because you can earn from Spillovers (or the efforts done by others).

Do you like getting direct customers?

Pay Plan 2 is terrific for you, because you can earn $20 commissions much faster than Pay Plan 1.

And if you’re wondering why the $20 earned because of your 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct referrals gets Passed Up, that’s to encourage the people above you to help you attract direct customers.

In the same way, you are encouraged to help your direct customers, because their 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct referral commissions will also get passed up to you.

The same thing happens with the people who were passed up to you: Their 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct referral commissions will also get passed up to you.

Remember: All the people who were Passed Up to you?
They will also pass up to you THEIR own 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct referral commissions.

The only ones who will not pass up any Pay Plan 2 commissions to you are your 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct customers.

But please help your 2nd, 3rd, and 7th direct customers,
because even if you won’t earn any $20 by referring them,
and even if they will not Pass Up to you any of their direct referrals,
they still help fill-up your Pay Plan 1 matrix of 6 slots.

The faster you help them grow, the faster your matrix will fill.
And the faster you will earn your $70 or $90 Pay Plan 1 Commissions.

Remember, once you have Directly Referred at least 7 people, your Pay Plan 1 Commission will be $90 each time your matrix of 6 slots is filled.

Yes, once your Pay Plan 1 Commission goes up to $90, it will never go back down to $70.

Your Goal:

1. Attract 7 direct customers, and
2. Help all your direct customers (and those who were passed up to you in Pay Plan 2) attract their own set of 7 direct customers.

Yes, that means that sometimes, it will be to YOUR advantage if you promote the SWA business of your direct customers. Help them earn their first $20 and see what happens! 🙂
