People are asking if the company behind SWA is stable. Some want to know where the office of the Supreme Wealth Alliance Ultimate is. Here’s the answer…

First of all, the concern about the long-term future of any company is understandable. You are doing your due diligence, and that is good. We want to partner with responsible people like you.

Now, please consider the following bits of information that we learned from Kiko Javier and from Francis Chaves, CEO of Chavesnet Enterprises:

(NOTE: We are regular SWA customers. We are not speaking on behalf of the founders or management team of SWA Ultimate.)

1. According to Francis Chaves, SWA is currently in pre-launch mode.

2. In the meantime, the company behind SWA is Chavesnet Enterprises. And based on the DTI Registration documents that they showed to us customers, the office is located in Paranaque City, Philippines.

3. According to Kiko Javier, they are in the process of organizing an offshore corporation. The target completion is August 8, 2012 (to coincide with the Grand Launch of SWA).

4. Francis Chaves mentioned in one of the posts published in the Facebook Groups area (SWA Global Team) that once the legalities are finalized, they will disclose other info such as the office address.

Here are other things you also need to be aware of:

1. The product is access to an online library. Electronic po ito, at hindi pisikal gaya ng mga ibang manufactured products. Wala po silang extra cost sa pag-gawa ng existing ebook.

Kapag may isang ebook, wala pong karagdagang gastos upang gumawa ng isa pa nito. Sa physical world, kailangang gumastos ang manufacturer upang gumawa ng isa pang delata ng sardinas.

Sa madaling salita: SWA Manufacturing Costs Are Low.

Kahit tumaas man ang presyo ng gasolina at ibang bilihin sa mundo, ang hindi po tataas ay ang manufacturing cost ng SWA duon po sa existing nilang mga ebooks.

2. Maraming available suppliers ng SWA. Merong webhost provider (kung saan naka-save ang mga files ng online library). May Domain Name Registrar din po, at sila ang humahawak ng mga domain name. Halimbawa ay SupremeWealthAlliance.com

Sa madaling salita: Flexible ang SWA, sapagkat maraming webhost provider at domain registar sa internet. Hindi po sila nakatali sa iisa lamang sistem.

3. Low selling/marketing expenses. Nagbabayad po ng commission ang SWA, kapag may sale o benta. Kung walang benta, wala naman pong suweldo. Performance-based, ‘ika nga.

Sa madaling salita: Protected ang income ng SWA sapagkat halos walang advertising at selling expenses.

4. Low overhead or rental costs. Nasa cyberspace po ang mga produkto at sistema ng SWA, kaya hindi po kailangan ng malaking opisina sa Makati or Ortigas. Hindi rin po kailangan ng provincial branches, sapagkat ang produkto po ay electronic, at nadedeliver po ito sa internet sa pamamagitan ng website.

Sa madaling salita: Mababa po ang operating costs ng SWA. Hindi po ito basta-basta magsasara.

IMPORTANT NOTE

At tandaan po natin na wala pong company sa buong mundo ang napaka-stable na hindi na magsasara. Wala pong ganuon.

Kahit sa internet, hindi naman po pang habang-buhay ang MySpace, Friendster, Netscape, GeoCities, at sari-sari pang mga ibang kumpanya.

Ngayon, kung magpapatuloy ang low operating costs ng SWA, at patuloy ang benta o monthly sales ng SWA Online Library, wala po kaming makitang dahilan para magsara ito. Ang stability po ng company ng SWA ay magde-depend sa stability ng mga customers nito.
