With the Cybercrime Law (RA 10175) and the provision against spamming, friends are asking if they will be jailed for photo-tagging in Facebook. First of all, I’m not a lawyer, but there is a solution for your favorite activity of photo-tagging…

Madali po ang photo-tagging. Hindi mo kailangan mag-blog. Tapos nun, pwede ka pang gumamit ng program para mag-tag ng mga photos para sa iyo.

Ang kaso, may lumabas na Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 so paano na?

Heto ang solusyon: Gumamit ng non-commercial content sa inyong photos and website links.

(Akala ng iba po diyan ay sinisiraan namin ang photo-tagging. Please naman. Due process man lang.)

To be clear: We are not against photo-tagging.

Ang sinasabi lang po namin ay: May probisyon ang Cybercrime Law laban sa Spamming, at ang random photo-tagging sa Facebook ay spamming.
